摘要
目的针对摩擦焊机液压系统状态评估的特点及其对检测系统的要求,建立面向状态评估的摩擦焊机液压系统。方法定义状态评估检测系统完备状态表示概念和亚完备状态表示概念,在亚完备状态表示最优系统构建方法基础上提出了亚完备状态系统生长最优构建法构建面向状态评估的摩擦焊机液压系统。结果构建了C800型摩擦焊机状态评估液压系统,实现了参数检测和目标最小化。结论本文提出的生长最优构建法适用于亚完备状态系统的模型构建,特别是如C800型摩擦焊机液压系统这种复杂系统。
Objective--To establish the friction welding machine's hydraulic system for the status evalua- tion system according to the characteristics of the status evaluation of the friction welding machine's hydraulic system and its requirements for detecting system. Methods--Through defining the complete status representa- tion concepts and the sub-complete state representation concepts of the status evaluation detection system, the optimal building method of the sub-complete status system growth is put forward and the optimal system building method of the sub-complete status representation is studied. Results--On the basis of these methods, C800 friction welding machine's status evaluation hydraulic system is constructed and the parameter detection and objective minimization is realized. Conclusion--The optimal system building method proposed herein is suitable for sub-complete status system, especially for the complicated system like C800 friction welding machine's hydraulic system.
