摘要
在建立智能电表全生命周期质量评价体系的基础上,提出利用缺陷扣分法和层次分析法来对智能电表进行全生命周期质量评价,并以此为理论基础利用Visual Studio里的C#语言开发智能电表全生命周期质量评价系统,结果表明,该评价系统可方便快捷地给出合理可观的最终评价。
Based on the above situation, the author suggested that we could set up the quality evaluatinn system of whole life cycle for the smart meters and use defect points and AHP for the quality assessment, then used visual studio and C# to develop the quality assessment system of smart meters lifecycle. The result showed that the system could give a reasonable and objective evaluation easily and quickly.
