摘要
在介绍威尔士安全匿名信息链接系统治理结构的基础上,从健康相关信息的匿名和链接技术、以及数据库的获取和使用控制等方面进行了系统阐述,并从树立健康研究数据库建设的观念、健康相关信息链接、以及开展区域层面健康研究数据库建设试点实践等方面阐述了有关启示。
On the basis of the introduction of governance structure of secure anonymised information linkage （SAIL）,this paper systematically illustrated the health-related information anonymization and linkage technology, as well as the access control of SAIL system. Key implications from SAIL include building the idea of health research databank construction,linking health-related information,and implementing regional pilot.
