摘要
随着高等教育改革的不断深化,勤工俭学已经成为高校图书馆工作的重要组成部分。文章以图书馆流通书库为例,通过分析目前图书馆流通书库学生工管理中存在的忽视岗前培训、学生工主人翁意识不强、管理机制不完善、兼职较多随机性大等方面的问题,提出一些解决问题的办法,包括建立规范的岗前培训制度和科学的奖罚制度等,使图书馆勤工俭学工作得以健康发展。
With the deepening reform of higher education, study on work - study basis has become an important component of library work universities. This paper, taking circulation stacks in the library as an example, through the analysis of existing problems, such as ignoring pre - job training, weak consciousness of student as the subject, imperfect management mechanism, randomness and so on, puts forward some methods to solve the problem, including the establishment of pre -job training system, scientific reward and punishment system, to insure the healthy development of the library work.
