摘要
解决好高职学生的就业问题,是我国高等职业教育持续发展的重要因素,也是关系到高职院校发展的一项重要工作。通过对高职毕业生就业现状及存在的问题进行剖析,进一步阐述了高职院校在加强专业设置、人才培养、校企合作等方面建设对提高高职大学生就业的积极作用。
To solve the employment problem of higher vocational students is an important factor for the sustain- able development of Higher Vocational Education in our country, and it is also an important job in the development of higher vocational colleges. Through analyzing the present situation and existing problems of Higher Vocational College Students＂ employment, the paper further expounds the positive effect of Higher Vocational Colleges in en- hancing the employment of Higher Vocational College Students in the aspects of strengthening the professional set- ting, personnel training, and enterprise cooperation.
