摘要 采用石灰一纯碱法处理迁安市某焦化厂一期生化出水。通过实验室静态烧杯试验,考察熟石灰、纯碱投加量对试验效果的影响。实验结果表明,石灰投药量为800mg/L,纯碱投药量为480mg/L时,总硬度去除率可达72.18%,药剂投加量较少,出水水质能满足后续深度处理的要求。 Lime-soda softening process is adopted in dealing with the first period biochemical effluent from the coking plant in Qianan city. The influence of involvement load of slaked lime and soda ash to the test is investigated with static beaker experiment at the laboratory. The experimental result shows that the involvement load of the medicament is minor and the water quality can satisfy the requirement of follow-up advanced treatment when the removal rate of total hardness can come up to 72.18 percent with involvement load of 800mg/L lame and 480mg/L soda ash.
