摘要
目的探讨社区康复管理治疗对精神分裂症患者症状、认知功能、社会功能等预后的影响。方法选择110例精神分裂症康复期患者随机分为实验组57例和对照组53例,对照组出院后接受常规管理,实验组接受社区康复管理,评价干预6个月后症状、认知功能、社会功能及服药依从性。结果干预后,两组阴性症状、一般精神病理、PANSS总分正确应答数、持续性错误百分数、MRSS各分量表、SDSS评分及服药依从性比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区康复管理治疗能够明显改善精神分裂症患者症状、认知功能、社会功能及服药依从性。
Objective To investigate the influence of community rehabilitation management treatment on the prognosis including symptoms, cognitive function and social function of the patients with schizophrenia. Methods 110 patients in the schizophrenic rehabilitation period were selected and randomly divided into the experiment group with 57 patients and the control group with 53 patients. The control group was given conventional management after hospital discharge and the experiment group was given community rehabilitation management. The symptoms, cognitive function, social function and medication compliance after 6 months of intervention were evaluated. Results After intervention, the two groups had statistically significant differences in the negative symptoms, general psychopathology, PANSS total score,number of correct responses, persistent error percentage, MRSS subscales, SDSS score and medication compliance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Community rehabilitation management treatment can significantly improve the symptoms, cognitive function, social function and medication compliance of the patients with schizophrenia.
