授权教育后糖尿病患者坚持足部自护行为能力的影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨授权教育后糖尿病患者坚持足部自护行为能力的影响因素。方法 回顾性分析2012年4月-2013年4月我院收治的110例2型糖尿病患者临床资料,所有患者均采用授权教育护理方案;采用自行设计的调查问卷对患者一般资料和足部自护行为得分汇总,并采用多元回归计算影响授权教育后糖尿病患者坚持足部自护行为能力的影响因素。结果 所有患者自护行为平均得分(75.4±11.9)分,总体自护行为能力中等;单因素分析显示,女性、年龄〉60岁、大专及以上学历、病程〉10年、坚持定期复查、无合并并发症、脑力工作者其足部自护行为能力得分显著上升(P〈0.05);多因素分析显示年龄、受教育程度、病程、定期复查是糖尿病患者坚持足部自护行为能力的主要影响因素。结论 影响糖尿病患者授权教育后足部自护行为能力的主要因素有年龄、受教育程度、病程、定期复查;在采取授权教育前,应对此类患者制定有针对性的护理方案,以增强患者坚持足部自护行为的决心。 Objective To investigate the influence factors of diabetic patients' foot self-care behavior ability after authorized education. Methods Clinical data of 110 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were analyzed retrospectively and the authorized education nursing plan was used in all the patients. The self-designed questionnaire was used to evMuate the patients' general data and foot self-care behavior, and the muki- pie regression was used to calculate the influence factors of diabetic patients' foot self-care behavior ability after au- thorized education. Results The mean score of all the patients' self-care behavior was (75.4±11.9) points and the over- all self-care behavior ability was moderate. Single factor analysis showed that the foot self-care behavior ability scores of the patients who were female, 〉60 years old, with college education level or above, with course of disease 〉10 years, sticking to regular reexamination, without complications and brain workers elevated significantly (P〈O.05). Multiple factor analysis showed that age, education level, course of disease and regular reexamination were the main influence factors of diabetic patients' foot self-care behavior ability. Conclusion The main influence factors of diabetic patients' foot self-care behavior ability after authorized education include age, education level, course of disease and regular reex- amination. Before the application of authorized education, specific nursing plans for these patients should be developed in order to enhance the patients' determination to insist foot self-care behavior.
