摘要
膏方是在中医药理论指导下,根据患者病情因素、体质特点、临床表现,应调理疾病、滋补强身的需求,选用中药饮片配伍成方,采用特定的工序加工而成的剂型,是中药传统剂型之一。实际制作中,膏方耗时长,存在一些问题。本研究结合制作经验,就膏方制作各个环节一一解析,指出注意事项,为临床制作提供参考。并分析处方用药特点,验证膏方用药灵活、随症加减的特点。
Oral paste is is one of the traditional Chinese medicine formulations. It is under the guidance of TCM theory, according to patients condition factors, physical characteristics and clinical manifestation, it is also should the demand of patients to regulate physical disease and nourish body. Chinese herbal pieces were chosen to make up a prescription. Then a specific process？was used to finish oral paste.In the actual production, it takes a long time to make oral paste, and we also will have some problems. This study is combining with their own experience, and pointing out notes on each link of paste production one by one, l hope to provide reference for clinical production. This study is also analyzing the characteristics of the prescription drug, verifying flexible drag-using, along with the disease characteristics of add and subtract.
