摘要
目的了解陕西省山区留守儿童监护人预防接种知识、态度、行为(knowledge,attitude and practice,KAP)现状,为制定预防接种干预策略提供依据。方法对该项目县10个项目镇,每个项目镇随机抽取3个行政村,每个村有7岁以下儿童家庭作为调查对象,随机调查10户。共完成儿童监护人预防接种情况KAP调查表300份。结果74.7%的儿童监护人知道预防接种的时间,62.3%的儿童监护人是通过村医通知进行接种,87.3%的儿童监护人知道儿童在1个月内要办理接种证,73.3%的儿童监护人知道上学要提供预防接种证,55.0%的儿童监护人知道去外地接种也是免费的,42.3%的儿童监护人能正确回答麻疹相关知识;99.3%的儿童监护人认为接种对儿童有好处;67.0%的儿童监护人会主动咨询儿童预防接种情况;95.7%的儿童监护人信任医生讲述的预防接种知识。结论项目县儿童监护人对预防接种认可度高,但对预防接种知识掌握不够,自主接种意识较低。要针对不同人群制定相应的干预策略,提高儿童监护人的接种意识。
Objective To know the level of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) about vaccination among guardians in mountainous area of Shanxi province, and then to provide evidence for vaccination intervention strategies. Methods 10 villages were sampled randomly from 3 counties according to the distance. Children under 7 years old as the object, will be investigated until we collected the information about 10 families with 0 to 6 years old children in the village. We collected 300 KAP questionnaires from the guardians. Results 74. 7% of guardians knew the vaccination schedule. 62.3% of guardians were informed from the village doc- tor. 87.3% of guardians knew children should get vaccination certificate in a month after birth. 73.3% of guardians knew they had to provide vaccination certificate when children went to school. 55% of guardians knew that to get vaccination in other places was also free. 42. 3% of the guardians answered measles related knowledge correctly. 99.3% of guardians thought vaccination was good for children. 67.0% of guardians con- sulted the status of child vaccination actively. 95.7% of guardians trusted the knowledge of vaccination from doctors. Conclusions Guardians in mountainous area of Shanxi province approbated vaccination work, but they didnt get enough related knowledge and vaccination consciousness was low. Intervention strategies would be formulated for different groups to improve the guardians'vaccination consciousness.
