摘要
目的探讨实施不同护理干预在小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿护理中的应用价值。方法选取该院自2009年6月—2014年12月收治的小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿78例为研究对象,随机将78例患儿平均分为两组,对照组(39例)采用药物治疗方案配合常规护理干预,观察组(39例)在对照组基础上实施心理护理、输液护理、饮食护理、用药护理等综合护理干预,对两组患儿治疗后餐后血糖达标时间、尿酮体恢复时间,p H值恢复时间、低血糖发生率,进行比对。结果治疗后观察组餐后血糖达标时间、尿酮体恢复时间,p H值恢复时间、低血糖发生率明显低于对照组,观察组与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效护理干预,可改善病情,有效控制血糖,提高治愈率及减少并发症。
Objective To study the implementation of different nursing intervention in children with diabetic ketoacidosis with application value. Selection Methods Our hospital from June 2009 to December 2014 were 78 cases of children with diabetic ketoacidosis children as the research object, on average 78 cases randomly divided into two groups, control group （39 cases） with routine drug therapy was used in nursing intervention, the observation group （39 cases） in the control group based on the implementation of psychological care, transfusion nursing, diet nursing, medication nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention, the two groups after treatment in children with postprandial blood glucose control is at the time, the urine ketone body recovery time, pH value of recovery time, the incidence of hypoglycemia, compare. Results The observa-tion group after treatment postprandial blood glucose control is at the time, the urine ketone body recovery time, pH value recovery time, significantly lower than control group in incidence of hypoglycemia, statistically significant differences in group compared with control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can improve the condition, effec-tive control of blood sugar, improve the cure rate and reduce the complications.
