12岁中低度近视青少年角膜不同区域Q值的研究

摘要 目的利用Pentacam HR眼前节分析仪测量12岁中低度近视青少年的角膜不同区域Q值并分析其非球面特征在不同屈光状态下的表现。方法选取近视患者48例83眼。按等效球镜度分成2组:低度近视组(22例37眼)、中度近视组(26例46眼)。利用Pentacam HR眼前节分析仪测量各组患者角膜前表面鼻、颞、下、上4条半子午线在6、7、8及9 mm直径下的Q值,角膜前表面水平及垂直子午线的Q值,8 mm直径平均Q值,比较各组角膜不同区域的非球面性特征。结果2组近视青少年的角膜前表面8、9 mm的颞侧Q值及鼻-颞侧Q值差值(9 mm)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。屈光度与角膜前表面8、9 mm的颞侧Q值及鼻-颞侧Q值差值(9 mm)均具有线性相关关系(rs分别为0.250、0.277、0.280,P<0.05)。结论 12岁中低度近视青少年角膜Q值在颞侧8、9 mm存在差异,且受屈光状态的影响。 Objective To measure the anterior corneal Q values in different regions of eyes of the 12-year-old teenagers using Pentacam HR anterior segment analyzer and analyze the aspheric characteristics with different refractive statuses.Methods Forty eight myopic teenagers (83 eyes)were divided into two groups based on the magnitude of spherical equivalent (SE)refractive error:low (22 cases and 37 eyes)and moder-ate myopia (26 cases and 46 eyes)groups.Pentacam HR anterior segment analyzer was used to measure the corneal anterior Q values of the nasal,temporal,inferior and superior semi-meridians in 6 mm,7 mm,8 mm and 9 mm diameters,the horizontal and vertical meridian Q values,and the mean Q values in 8 mm diameter to compare corneal asphericity between two groups.Results Temporal semi-meridian Q values of the corneal anterior surface in 8 mm and 9 mm diameter and the difference between the temporal and nasal semi-meridian Q values in 9 mm diameter significantly differed between two groups (all P 〈0.05).The diopter showed positive correlation with temporal semi-meridian Q values of the corneal anterior surface in 8 mm and 9 mm diameter and the difference between the temporal and nasal semi-meridian Q values in 9 mm diameter (rs =0.250, 0.277,0.280,P 〈0.05).Conclusion There are differences in corneal Q values in 8mm and 9 mm diame-ter,subject to the influence of refractive status.
