CD56阳性的特殊白血病5例临床和预后分析

摘要 目的探讨CD56阳性伴特异髓系抗原表达的白血病临床和预后。方法选取2012年4月-2014年4月CD56阳性伴特异髓系抗原表达的5例白血病患儿,分析临床特征,采用高危急性淋巴细胞白血病治疗方案,回顾临床效果。结果 5例患者中,MNKL(髓系/NK细胞急性白血病)1例放弃治疗,其他4例MNKPL(髓系/NK前体细胞急性白血病)型患儿,1例持续完全缓解57个月,1例32个月,1例20个月,1例缓解6个月,最终因肺炎诱导而死亡。结论儿童白血病CD56阳性伴特异髓系抗原表达的病例,在临床特征上,与成人患者可能有别,采用淋系和髓系白血病化疗药物应用,致使MNKPL预后改善。
