摘要
目的研究精益管理能否有助于新生儿窒息复苏适宜技术的推广。方法于2011-2013年在我院及联合体单位应用精益管理推广新生儿窒息复苏适宜技术，比较应用前后新生儿窒息发生率和致死率。结果应用后新生儿窒息发生率由2011年的16．86‰下降至2013年的13．83‰，重度窒息占窒息的比例由2011年的10．57％降到2013年的5．88％，窒息死亡占围产儿死亡比率由2011年的10．00％降至2013年的4．76％。结论精益管理有助于提高新生儿窒息复苏技术推广效果，值得推广。
Objective To explore whether lean management can help to promote appropriate technique on neonatal as- phyxia resuscitation. Methods Lean management was applied in our hospital and the associated units to promote appro- priate technique on neonatal asphyxia resuscitation from 2011 to 2013. Prevalence and mortality of neonatal asphyxia before and after the application were compared. Results Prevalence of neonatal asphyxia was decreased from 16.86‰ in 2011 to 13.83‰ in 2013,while the proportion of severe asphyxia to total asphyxia was decreased from 10.57% in 2011 to 5.88% in 2013, and the proportion of asphyxia-induced mortality to total perinatal death dropped from 10.00% in 2011 to 4.76% in 2013. Conclusion Lean management is helpful to improve the promotion of technique on neonatal asphyxia resuscitation, which is worth promoting.
