摘要
将Ce添加在Al2O3p/Al复合材料中,采用Axiovert25CA金相显微镜和QUANTA400扫描电镜,研究了Ce含量对Al2O3p/Al复合材料铸态组织的影响。结果表明,Ce的加入可以促进Al2O3颗粒的分散、细化α-Al晶粒、使Al Fe Si由粗大骨骼状变为断续的块状或球状,可以提高复合材料的强度。
By adding Ce inAl2O3 p/A1 composite, using Axiovert25 CA metallurgical microscope and QUANTA400 scan- ning electron microscopy, this paper makes the study on the impact of Ce content onAl2O3 p/Al composite cast microstructure. The results show that the addition of Ce can promote the dispersion of Al2O3 particles, refinement of the α-Al grains, and turn AlFeSi from thick bone shape into intermittent block or spherical, and improve the strength of the composites.
