摘要
科研团队作为国家科学技术发明和科技创新的重要力量,受到国内外研究的关注和重视。首先剖析了科研团队创造力的国内外研究现状,阐述即兴创新的内涵与触发条件,进而探讨即兴创新视角下的科研团队创造力的构成要素,在此基础上构建了科研团队创造力提升的理论模型。
The research team is an important force of the national science and technology invention and innovation which attract the attention of domestic and foreign research. This paper analysis the study of scientific re- search team creativity at home and abroad, and then elaborates the concept and trigger condition of improvisation. Discusses the elements of creativity of research team from the perspective of improvisation. Construct the creativity improving model of research team based on the improvisation theory.
