多层螺旋CT仿真内镜改良技术在结肠癌诊断中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 结肠癌是胃肠道中常见的恶性肿瘤。结肠癌起病隐匿,早期症状多不明显,易被忽视。确诊依赖于电子肠镜取活检,但该检查对于肠道腔外的病变不能显示,且较为痛苦不易于为广大患者接受,临床应用受到一定限制。CT仿真内镜技术是近几年来运用于临床的一项新技术,作为一种新兴的腔内成像方法,起步晚且目前尚处于初步研究阶段。CTVE具有无创、准确、快捷、安全的特点。CTVE作为电子内镜的一种重要的补充手段,他们的关系是相辅相成的。将两种方法充分配合使用,可以有效的提高对肠道病变的查出率,在临床应用上具有重要意义。本研究在传统肠道CTVE技术的基础上在胃肠道准备、结肠充气程度的预判、后处理方式三方面进行的改良,力求提高CTVE图像质量,提高诊断的准确性。本文着重就CT仿真内镜改良技术在结肠检查前准备、扫描方法、图像后处理要点、以及与其他检查技术比较时的优缺点予以综述。 Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor in gastrointestinal tract. Colon cancer onset occult, early symptomsare not obvious, easy to be ignored. Diagnosis relies on electronic enteroscope biopsy, but not for intestinal cavityle- sions outside the examination showed more pain, and not easy to accept for the majority of patients, the clinical application is restricted. CT virtual endoscopy in recent years is a new technology using in clinic, as a kind of intraluminal imaging method emerging, late and is still in the initial stage of research. CTVE has the characteristics of non-invasive, accurate, fast, safe. CTVE as an important supplementary means of electronic endoscope, their relationship is complementary to each other. Two methods to cooperate fully with the use, can effectively improve the detection rate of intestinal disease, has important signifi- cance in clinical application. In this study, prepared in the gastrointestinal tract of CTVE technology based on traditional intes- tinal colon inflation level of pre sentence, post process improvement mode three aspects, and strive to improve the quality of CTVE images, improve the accuracy of diagnosis. To compare the advantages and disadvantages of this paper focuses on the modified CT technique of virtual endoscopy in colon preparation before examination, scanning method, image processing, an- dother inspection techniques and main points of the review.
