摘要
目的:调查大学生中引起颈椎退变的相关因素、发病比例及骨质情况,并且究其原因进行干预,分析对颈椎退变干预的效果。材料与方法:对西安医学院500名大学生进行问卷调查了解其生活学习中影响颈椎退变的相关因素、颈椎的DR检查以及对有颈椎退变的同学采取一系列的干预措施,观察对颈椎改善的效果。结果:发现引起大学生颈椎退变的主要因素是长期的颈部肌群劳损,其中长时间低头看书、上网并且期间未作颈椎的相关保健措施占69.41%;发生颈椎早期退变的同学中颈椎的生理曲度的变化率为77.8%,干预后的结果显示有81.01%的同学颈椎的生理曲度有了明显改善,症状得到消除、缓解。结论:大学生颈椎早期退变的发病率较高,以颈椎生理曲度改变为主,但应引起高度重视;穴位按摩、运动、颈椎枕均可对颈椎退变起到良好的预防作用,所以应提高患者及正常人群对颈椎退变的认识,及早采取有效的措施预防和延缓疾病的发展,降低颈椎病的发病率,改善患者的生活水平质量。
Purpose： The project surveys college student＇ s related factors that cause cervical degeneration, the dis- ease incidence and substance of bone, then takes some interventions for its causes and analyzes the effect of cervical degenera- tion＇ s role. Materials and Methods： Tapping into the lives and learning habbits among 500 Xi＇ an university students ques- tionnaire after thesurvey, then the project gets DR checking image and takes a series of interventions for those who had sufered cervical degeneration to intervene cervical degeneration. Results： We find that the main factors lead that to university students cervical degeneration is a long - term cervical straincaused by bowing their heads for a long time reading books and internet but during it the absence of cervical health measures accounted for 69.41% ; cervical degenerative students who have cervical physiological curvature changing was 77.37%. The results showed that after the intervention 77.8 % of the students cervical lordosis improved significantly, the symptoms have been alleviated. Conclusion： The disease incidence of college students cervical degeneration is higher, and the cervical vertebrae＇ s physiological curvature change is most, but attention should be paid to cervical degeneration. Cervical spine gymnastics, sports, cervical pillow can play a good role in prevention. Therefore, students should take early and effective measures to prevent and delay the idevelopment of the disease, to reduce the incidence of cervical disease, in order to improvethe patient＇ s quality of living standards.
