摘要
经济发展新常态下,公务员职业群体心理问题日益突显,本文通过剖析当前公务员所面临的心理问题,针对性的提出几点建议,构建公务员心理健康服务长效机制的建议,期望为未来建设高素质公务员队伍提供帮助。
Because of the particularity of the work, civil servants had more and more psychological problems. This paper analyzed civil servants' psychological problems under the new normal and put forward some suggestions to establish mental health service mechanism, hope to provide help for the filture training of high-quality civil servants.
