摘要
目的观察小鼠海马发育过程中凋亡相关基因caspase-9的表达变化。方法取出生后1d、3d、7d、14d、21d和28d的小鼠海马,应用免疫组织化学技术、免疫印迹技术及图像分析技术检测caspase-9的表达变化。结果 P1 d海马CA区锥体细胞层和齿状回颗粒细胞层caspase-9阳性表达产物平均光密度最高,P3 d^P21 d caspase-9阳性表达产物平均光密度逐渐降低,P28表达水平最低。结论凋亡相关基因caspase-9在生后小鼠海马发育过程表达水平呈逐渐降低的趋势。
Objective To study the expression of caspase-9 protein in the hippocampus of development mice. Methods Immunohistochemistry,immunoblotting and image analysis methods were used to detect the expression of caspase-9 protein in the hippocampus of development mice(postnatal,P 1 d, 3d, 7d, 14 d, 21 d and 28d). Results The expression levels of caspase-9 protein in the pyramidal cells of Ammon' cornu(CA) and the granular cells of dentate gyrus(DG) area were the highest at P1 d, but decreased gradually from P3 d to P21 d, the lowest P28 d. Conclusion The expression level of caspase-9 protein in the hippocampus decreased gradually after burnth.
