摘要
目的:探讨"一对一"与"分工合作"两种带教方式在临床护生教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2011年至2012年期间我院妇科临床实习的护生作为研究观察对象,"一对一"设为为对照组,"分工合作"设为实验组,比较带教实际效果。结果:经过培训,实验组实习生的患者满意度、护理个案分析能力和专业理论考核平均成绩比较均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"分工合作"带教模式可以充分调动带教老师与实习生的积极性,提高教学质量,可以明显提高护生的患者满意度、护理个案分析能力和专业理论考核平均成绩。
Objective: To investigate "one to one" and "division of labor" two ways of teaching in clinical nursing teaching application effect.Methods:During the period from 2011 to 2012 my courtyard department of gynaecology clinical practice of nursing students as study object, "one on one" is set tothe control group,"division of labor" is set as the experimental group,compared with teaching actual effect.Results:After training, experimental group of interns satisfaction of patients, nursing case analysis and professional theoretical average test scores was better than that of the control group, the difference has statistics significance (P 〈0.05).Conclusion:"division of labor" teaching mode can fully mobilize with teaching enthusiasm of the teachers and interns, and improve the quality of teaching, can significantly improve the nursing students' satisfaction of patients, nursing case analysis and professional theoretical average test scores.
