摘要 目的随着医院局域网的发展与现代医疗设备管理信息化要求,构建基于局域网的医疗设备管理和信息服务系统成为迫切需要,实现医院设备器械管理的规范化、数据准确量化、决策过程的程序化。方法采用图形化的企业级应用程序Power Builder 9.0设计制作用户界面,用Microsoft SQL Server 2008构建基于局域网的数据库管理系统,客户端使用Windows XP系统,采用传输控制协议/因特网互联协议(TCP/IP)传输数据。结果构建了基于C/S模式的医疗设备管理和信息服务系统框架、数据库和统计体系。结论有效地实现了医院设备从日常管理、故障申报到维修服务、数据统计等信息的网络化管理,加强医疗设备的安全与质量控制,让有限的医疗设备资源发挥最大的效益。 Objective To construct the medical equipment management information system and information service system based on local area network(LAN), and realize the specification in management, quantification in data and procedure in decision process. Methods The graphical user interface was designed by Power Builder 9.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 was used to construct database management system based on client/server(C / S) mode, the client end was based on Windows XP and the data were transferred by transmission control protocol/internet protocol(TCP/IP). Results The framework of medical equipment management information system based on C / S structure, datasets and statistics indexes were constructed. Conclusion It is demonstrated the network management for routine management, malfunction declaration, maintenance service and data statistics is effectively constructed, which could improve safety and quality control of medical equipment and bring the limited medical equipment resource to maximize effectiveness.
