摘要
目的:观察血栓通注射液对早期糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropathy,DN)患者血清半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)及血脂代谢的干预作用,探讨其疗效及可能机制。方法:将60例早期DN患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,除常规降糖及基础治疗外,对照组仅采用缬沙坦(80 mg/d)治疗;观察组采用缬沙坦(80 mg/d)联合血栓通注射液治疗,疗程均为3周。比较两组患者治疗前后尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER),血肌酐(Cr),血清Hcy、Cys-C及血胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)等相关指标。结果:治疗3周后,观察组患者UAER,血Cr、Hcy、Cys-C、TC、TG和LDL各指标均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血HDL值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血栓通注射液能够降低血清Hcy、Cys-C水平,改善肾功能及血脂代谢,是治疗早期糖尿病肾病的理想方案。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xueshuantong injection on serum Hcy, Cys-C and lipid metabolism of patients with early diabetic nephropathy, and to explore its effects and possible mechanisms. Methods: 60 Patients with early DN were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases in each group. Based on the conventional hypoglycemic and basic treatment, the control group was treated with valsartan (80mg/d), and the observation group was treated with valsartan (80mg/d) combined with Xueshuantong injection. The treatment lasted three weeks. The urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), serum creatinine (Cr), serum Hcy, Cys-C and serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and other related indicators were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. Results: After 3 weeks of treatment, the urine UAER, serum Cr, Hcy, Cys-C, TC, TG and LDL values of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05); the HDL value of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Xueshuantong injection can reduce serum Hcy, Cys-C levels and improve renal function and lipid metabolism, is the ideal treatment for early diabetic nephropathy.
