摘要
电子式电能表是电能计量系统的核心部件,随着智能电网的快速发展,必将得到越来越广泛的应用,因此开展其全寿命周期的可靠性研究工作具有重要意义。目前,电子式电能表在研发、生产、安装、采购、运行及失效这个全寿命周期内,尚未建立系统有效的质量保障体系。针对此问题,研究了电子式电能表可靠性预计方法,并在此基础上提出了建立电子式电能表质量保障体系的总体方案,旨在对电子式电能表全寿命周期的可靠性预计提供借鉴。
Electronic Watt-hour meter is the core component of electric energy metering system , which will be widely used with the rapid development of smart grid .Therefore , it is very significant to study the life cycle reliability of elec-tronic Watt-hour meter.Recently, for the life cycle of electronic Watt-hour meter, which includes R&D, production, installation , procurement , operation and failure , an effective quality guarantee system has not completed .In view of the problem , this paper studies the reliability prediction method of electronic watt-hour meter , and on this basis , it proposes a general scheme for establishing the quality guarantee system , which provides reference reliability prediction for the life cycle of electronic watt-hour meter.
