摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法结合放电等离子体烧结(SPS)技术成功制备出立方相结构的掺杂8%(原子分数)Y2O3的ZrO2(8YSZ)陶瓷块体。X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明样品烧结前后均为单一的立方相结构,但是烧结后的样品的晶粒尺寸增大,结晶性变好。Raman光谱结果表明烧结前样品为单一的立方相结构,SPS烧结后样品为单斜相和立方相的混合物,其中单斜相的含量较少。认为XRD与Raman光谱检测结果不一致是因为ZrO2的单斜相和立方相的晶格常数接近以及XRD检测精度不够高造成的。采用SPS方法制备出的样品的致密度为92.7%,显微维氏硬度为1551 MPa。
8at% yttria-stabilized zirconia(8YSZ)nanocrystalline powder prepared by sol-gel method was sintered at 1 200 ℃.XRD spectra indicatd that the sintered sample maintain a single cubic phase structure,while the grain size and the crystallinity increased.Raman spectra revealed that the as-prepared sample was a single cubic phase structure,while the sintered sample composed of cubic phase and monoclinic phase,and the content of monoclinic phase was less than that of the cubic phase.The density of the sample obtained by SPS method was92.7%,and the vickers hardness was 1 551 MPa.
