摘要
针对常规PID锅炉过热蒸汽出口压力控制效果不佳的问题,提出并编写了基于PCS7系统的专家PID控制器。运用Matlab软件进行专家PID的仿真,并利用高级多功能过程控制实训系统(SMPT 1000)以及PCS7对控制效果进行了进一步试验验证,实验中PSC7主要负责建立控制系统,实现专家控制。运行结果表明,该控制方案的调节时间短、超调量小,并且具有较好的抗干扰能力,可以实现过热蒸汽出口压力的稳定控制。
To solve the problem of conventional PID,i. e.,poor control effect for boiler superheated steam outlet pressure,the expert PID controller based on PCS7 system is proposed and compiled. The expert PID is simulated by adopting Matlab,and further test and verification of the control effect are conducted with advanced multifunction process control training system SMPT 1000 and PCS7,PCS7 is mainly responsible for setup the control system to implement expert control. The results of tests and operation show that the control scheme features shorter regulation time,smaller overshoot,and possesses high anti-interference capability,it is able to realize stable control for superheated steam outlet pressure.
