摘要
以超超临界660MW机组为例,利用基本公式法建立了锅炉效率、排烟温度、运行氧量以及飞灰含碳量的耗差分析模型,实时计算供电标准煤耗偏差值,并对某一工况进行了耗差计算分析。结果表明,所建立的锅炉参数耗差在线分析模型计算和分析结果正确、可行,可实时指导运行调整操作,并为设备维护、检修提供数据依据,有益于降低机组发电标准煤耗。
Taking an ultra supercritical 660 MW unit as the example,the basic formula method was applied to es-tablish an energy-loss analysis model for boiler efficiency,exhaust temperature,oxygen concentration and carbon content in fly ash.The model is able to online calculate the standard coal consumption deviation for power supply. The energy loss analysis was carried out under a certain operation condition.The results show that,this established online boiler energy-loss analysis model is correct and the analysis results are reliable.
