以战备储备物资轮换工作现状为基本切入点,通过深刻剖析战备储备物资的质量变化规律,科学给出各类战备储备物资轮换期限的测算方法,为推动和促进战备储备物资轮换工作顺利开展,提高战备储备物资精细化管理水平奠定基础。
With the rotation work of war reserve material as a pointeut, through deep analysis of the quality change law of war reserve material, the paper presents the measurement methods of war reserve material per kind, laying a foundation for smoothly developing the rotation period work and improving the fine management of war reserve material.
