摘要
试验旨在研究低蛋白日粮添加不同种类合成氨基酸对培育品种鲁莱猪生长猪氮平衡及氨基酸消化率的影响。采用4×4拉丁方设计,选用平均体重为(35.00±1.05)kg的健康鲁莱阉公猪4头,回肠末端手术安装简单T型瘘管。对照组饲喂高蛋白质水平(粗蛋白为16.50%,可消化赖氨酸为0.78%)日粮,3个试验组分别饲喂添加赖氨酸+苏氨酸+蛋氨酸、赖氨酸+苏氨酸和赖氨酸+蛋氨酸的低蛋白质水平(粗蛋白为13.50%,可消化赖氨酸为0.78%)日粮。结果表明:低蛋白添加3种合成氨基酸组粪氮排出量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),尿氮排出量显著低于高蛋白组(P<0.05),与其他低蛋白组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),氮表观消化率、氮沉积各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);低蛋白日粮添加3种合成氨基酸组总氨基酸消化率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。采用低蛋白(粗蛋白为13.50%)并同时添加适量合成氨基酸日粮饲喂鲁莱猪,可以显著降低粪氮和尿氮的排出,对氮利用率和回肠末端总氨基酸消化率影响不显著。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different kinds of synthesis amino acids adding in the low protein diet to nitrogen balance and amino acid digestibility of Lulai growing pigs. A total of 4 Lulai healthy growing barrows with an average initial body weight of (35.00±1.50) kg were used in a 4 × 4 Latin square designs. Simple T-cannula were installed on the terminal ileum.The level of high protein feed was added lysine, threonine and methionine with crude protein in 16.5% and digestible lysine in 0.78%. The lower in protein level was added lysine, threonine, lysine and methionine containing crude protein content 13.5% and digestible lysine 0.78%. The results showed that the amount of fecal nitrogen excretion was significantly lower than that of other groups (P〈0.05), and urine nitrogen was significantly lower than that of the high protein group (P〈0.05), and showed no significant difference (P〉0.05) compared with other low protein group in the low protein group with three compound amino acid. Nitrogen apparent digestibility and nitrogen deposition were higher than other groups, but the differences between groups were not significant (P〉0.05).The total amino acid digestibility of low protein adding three compound amino acid group was significantly higher than that of other groups (P〈0.05). Low protein (crude protein 13.50%) adding synthetic amino acids diet fed Lulai pigs, cowld significantly reduce the excrerion of fecal nitrogen and urine nitrogen. But the utilization efficiency of nitrogen and total amino acid digestibility of the terminal ileum was not significant.
