艾蒿水提物对肉仔鸡免疫和抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 本试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平的艾蒿水提物对肉仔鸡免疫和抗氧化功能的影响。试验选用192只1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,其他3组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加500、1 000、2 000 mg/kg艾蒿水提物的试验日粮。试验期共42 d,分为前、后两期,每期21 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验后期1 000 mg/kg的艾蒿水提物添加组法氏囊指数显著增加(P<0.05);试验前期500 mg/kg艾蒿水提物添加组免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)含量显著增加(P<0.05),试验后期1 000 mg/kg艾蒿水提物添加组免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)含量显著增加(P<0.05);试验前期添加量1 000 mg/kg的试验组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量显著提高(P<0.05),而艾蒿添加组丙二醛(MDA)含量都显著降低(P<0.05)。试验证明,日粮中添加艾蒿水提物可提高肉仔鸡免疫和抗氧化能力。 This study was designed to investigate the effects of aqueous extract of Artemisia argyi on immune and antioxidative function in broilers. 192 one-day-old broiler chickens were randomly divided into four treatments with four replicates of 8 chicks. These four diets were formulated by adding Artemisia argyi extract of 0, 500, 1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg to the basal diet. The experiment lasted 42 days, containing two periods with 21 days each. The results showed that compared with the control, the bursa of fabricius index in 1 000 mg/kg Artemisia argyi group increased significantly in the latter period (P〈0.05); immunoglobulin M (IgM) in 500 mg/kg Artemisia argyi group was the highest, and significantly higher than that of control group in the earlier period (P〈0.05). Immunoglobulin G (IgG) in 500 mg/kg Artemisia argyi group was significantly higher than that of control group in the latter period (P〈0.05). In addition, compared with the control, the MDA of three A rtemisia argyi group decreased significantly, while the SOD in 1000 mg/kg significantly increased in the early period A rtemisia argyi can promote the immune and antioxidative
