摘要
目的:了解太原市肛肠疾病发病的饮食习惯方面的相关危险因素,为肛肠疾病的防治提供意见和建议。方法:本次调查在太原市5城区随机抽取5个社区的居民进行问卷调查,并对调查数据进行整理分析。结果:本次2 290例调查对象中,有480例患有肛肠疾病,1 810位被调查者无肛肠疾病,患病率为21.0%。在肛肠疾病中,痔疮是最常见的肛肠疾病,所占比重为62.5%。其次是肛瘘、肛裂。经常食用辛辣食品及饮酒频率较高对肛肠疾病的发生有促进作用,而经常摄入蔬果会降低肛肠疾病的发病风险。结论:健康饮食、适度运动、定期体检可以起到积极的防治作用。
Objective:To survey dietary related risk factors that can cause anorectal diseases by investigating the present prevalence rate of anorectal diseases in Taiyuan in order to provide suggestions of preventing and curing anorectal diseases. Method:The questionnaire epidemiological sample survey was conducted in 5 communities selected randomly from 5 districts with the data analyzed. Result:The survey involved a total of 2 290 people,and 480 respondents suf-fered from anorectal diseases,while 1 810 respondents didnˊt. The prevalence rate was 21. 01% . Hemorrhoids was the most common anorectal diseases. Its prevalence rate was 62. 5% . The following was archosyrinx and anal fissure. Con-clusion:Spicy food and the higher frequency of drinking alcohol can fuel the occurrence of anorectal diseases. In con-trast,healthy diet,such as,taking of fruit,vegetable,proper playing sports and regular physical examination are very helpful to prevent anorectal diseases.
