摘要
针对无人机搭载光学载荷在恶劣天气、夜间以及特殊任务中的应用受到限制的问题,该文在介绍红外遥感原理的基础上,结合实例归纳了近红外、中红外、远红外波段载荷应用的技术路线;通过描述无人机载红外载荷在地质灾害、森林火灾、气象水文灾害、环境事故等领域的案例,总结了其在应急测绘保障中的应用情况;讨论了应用中存在的技术问题、难点及相应的解决途径;最后从灾情信息识别和应急决策服务模型构建方面,给出了发展无人机载红外载荷在应急测绘保障中应用的建议。
Infrared payloads are widely used in accessing to disaster information and emergency map- ping support. After the introduction of the principles on the basis of infrared remote sensing, the near-in- frared, mid-infrared and far-infrared band payload application roadmap were summarized with exam- ples. Geological disaster, forest fires, meteorological and hydrological disaster, environmental issues and other applications in emergency mapping support were summed up by describing the application and prac- tice of the infrared UAV payload in a number of related industries. The technical issues that exist in the ap- plication, the difficulties and the corresponding solutions were also discussed. Finally, the development proposals of the infrared UAV payload in emergency mapping support were given from the disaster infor mation identification and the construction of emergency decision making model.
