全球云学院的架构设计及其对我国云学习的实践观照 被引量:2

摘要 云技术支持的教育教学变革是全球教育信息化的热点问题之一。英国纽卡斯大学苏伽特·米特拉(Sugata Mitra)教授团队研发的全球云学院是其多年来开展自组织学习理论与实践研究的最新成果,也是全球云学习实践的典范。对全球云学院从技术和实践应用两个维度进行深度剖析是一个全新的视角,以此可形成四个层面的分析框架:用户结构层、学习活动结构层、技术架构层和工具应用层。用户结构层是重中之重,云平台是以用户需求为中心;学习活动结构层是内核,主要包括确定问题、形成自组织学习团队和展示发现三大环节;技术架构层和工具应用层是云平台的支持环境和保障基础。在我国推进新一轮云学习平台的建设进程中,应借鉴全球云学院的做法:在政策制定上,大力整合多方资源,推进教育公平发展的新路径;在研究与实践上,开展"自下而上"与"自上而下"相结合的教改试验,为变革学习提供可能;在教与学实施上,精心设计"大问题",促进深度学习;在学习效果保障上,采用混合学习方式,开放共享云学习支持服务。 Cloud technology supported education reform is one of the hot issues of global educational informatization. Professor Sugata Mitra, from Newcastle University of United Kingdom, and his team develop the School in the Cloud, which is their latest achievements of the theory and practice of self-organized learning for many years, which is the model of cloud learning practice in the world. Depth analysis of Institute of the School in the Cloud with two dimensions of technical and practical application, that is a new perspective, this can form the analytical framework of four levels: user structure layer, learning activities structure layer, technical infrastructure layer and tools application layer. Users structural layer is most important part, that is because cloud platform is the center of user needs; learning activities structural layer is the core of the school in the cloud, including three parts: the identification of Big Questions, the formation of self-organized learning team and showing findings; technical architecture layer and application tools layer are the support environment and security of cloud platform. In the process of promoting the construction of a new round of cloud learning platform, we should learn from the school in the cloud: in policy-making, strong integration of multiple resources, and develop the new path of educational equality; in research and practice, we should carry out "from under up" and "top-down" combination in structure reform, provide chance for learning change; in implement on teaching and learning, we should well-design "Big Question" to promote deep learning; on the learning effect security, we can use the blended learning style and open sharing cloud learning support services.
