摘要
基于山东省九地市397位农民的调查数据,验证人口流动对新型农村合作医疗满意度的影响:外出务工并未改变农民对主要农村公共品的关注程度,反而带来其公共品满意度的降低。针对12种主要农村公共品的满意度排序,外出务工农民对新农合的满意度排序位次居中,这与本地留守居民相同,但外出务工影响农民的就医方式选择,以及他们对新农合不同制度设计的认可程度:留守居民在享有新农合的"量"后,更关注新农合的"质",而外出务工农民更关注新农合的"量",希望在外地就医时更多的通过新农合享有医疗保障。
Based on the survey data of 397 farmers in Shandong Province,this paper verifies the effect on the satisfaction of the new rural cooperative medical service：Migrant workers did not change the attention to the rural public goods,but brought the reducing of the satisfaction.For the main 12 rural public goods satisfaction ranking,migrant workers＇satisfactions for the new rural cooperative medical service are similar to the local residents,but migration affected farmers＇medical mode,as well as their recognitions for new ru-ral cooperative medical system：Remaining residents enjoy ＂quantity＂of the new rural cooperative medical system,and pay more atten-tion to the ＂quality＂,while the migrant farmers pay more attention to the ＂quantity＂,and expect more medical security through the he new rural cooperative medical service.
