自噬在子宫内膜异位症中的研究进展被引量：5

摘要子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)是育龄妇女常见的难治性疾病,也是目前妇科领域的研究热点。自噬失调可能与肿瘤的发生、发展、转归关系密切,但国内外对自噬与EMs的关系鲜有报导。本文对自噬相关基因及信号转导通路在EMs的发生、发展过程中的作用机制进行综述,探讨以自噬为靶点治疗EMs的潜在价值。
