摘要
职前教师教育课程在职前教师的培养过程中起着核心作用,影响着职前教师的培养质量,同时也对我国基础教育质量和教师队伍质量产生至关重要的影响。我国职前教师教育课程中存在着教师教育课程结构失衡、教师教育课程内容与教材有违教育需求、教师教育课程评价与管理方法落后以及教育实习时间短且不连续等问题。为提高职前教师教育培养质量,需要系统化调试教师教育课程结构、改革教师教育课程内容、多元化评价教师教育课程以及建立政府、高校、教师专业发展学校、中小学"四位一体"的教育实习联盟。
The curriculum of pre-service teacher education plays a crucial role in the process of pre-service teachers training,which affects the quality of pre-service teachers and also has a significant impact on the quality of basic education and faculties.There are problems in pre-service teacher education courses,including the imbalance of curricula structure,course content and textbooks contrary to education needs,the backwardness of evaluation and management methods on pre-teacher education curriculum and the short and discontinuous educational internship phrase.In order to improve the quality of pre-service teacher education,this paper brings forward four suggestions: 1) to systematically adjust teacher education curriculum structure,2) to innovate teacher education course content,3) to build a multiple evaluation system for preteacher education curriculum; and 4) to establish the "four in one"educational practice league combining Government,University,Professional schools for teacher development and elementary and middle schools.
