摘要
为了解焦炉蓄热室格子砖在使用中的损坏特点,对分别使用了28年和40多年的两座焦炉蓄热室的黏土格子砖进行取样,在实验室对这些样品的外观、理化性能、显微结构等进行了分析研究。研究结果表明:焦炉黏土格子砖损坏的主要形式有两种,一是烟气中夹带的粉尘侵蚀和渗透格子砖,二是粉尘在格子砖表层粘附形成灰渣堵塞格孔,这两种形式都与粉尘的组成和性能有关,而与砖的Al2O3含量关系不大。因此,为了有效延长黏土质格子砖的使用寿命,应采用纯度较高、烧结较好的黏土熟料作格子砖的骨料,并控制基质料的杂质含量,以防止渣侵蚀渗透后造成格子砖结构发生软化而坍塌;同时,在焦炉生产管理中应采取有效措施净化进入燃烧室的燃气和助燃空气,以减少其中的粉尘量。
Sampling of fireclay checker bricks from two coke ovens which have been used for 28 years or more than 40 years, and research on their appearance, chemical composition, and physical properties, and microstructure were carried out in order to know the damage characteristics of checker bricks from regen- erators of coke ovens in use. The results show that there are two main damage reasons, corrosion and pen- etration of the dust in flue gas to checker bricks,and the ash resulted from the dust adhering to the surface of checker bricks blocking checker holes. These two damage reasons both are related to the composition and performance of the dust, but little related to the AI203 content of bricks. In order to prolong the service life of checker bricks effectively, well-calcined fireclay with high purity should be adopted as aggregates, and the content of impurity in the matrix should be controlled to protect the structure of the checker bricks from softening and collapsing resulted from slag corrosion and penetration;meanwhile,effective measures should be adopted to purify the fuel gas and combustion air to reduce the dust content.
