摘要
目的：探讨优质护理服务在妇产科门诊人流手术护理中的应用效果。方法在我院妇产科门诊随机抽取120例未婚人流手术者，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组（60例）采用常规护理，观察组（60例）在常规护理基础上采用优质护理。采用焦虑量表（SAS）、抑郁量表（SDS）及自制满意度调查量表评价两组患者。结果观察组护理前后、观察组与对照组之间 SAS 与 SDS 评分及两组之间的护理服务满意度调查存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论将优质护理服务用于未婚人流受术者护理过程之中，对受术者心理状态提高以及受术者对门诊护理服务满意度改善均有重要帮助。
Objective To observe the effect of the high quality nursing on the unmarried painless abortion pa-tients. Methods 120 unmarried painless abortion patients were selected and divided into the observation group and con-trol group randomly. The patients in observation group received the high quality nursing and those in control group re-ceived routine nursing. Curative effects were evaluated in both groups by anxiety scales （ SAS）, depression scales （SDS） and nursing service satisfaction degree. Results The differences in the patients＆#39; nursing service satisfaction de-gree and SAS scores and SDS scores were significant between observation group and control group and between before and after nursing in observation group （P〈0. 05） . Conclusions High quality nursing has good effects on the ascen-sion of unmarried painless abortion patients＆#39; psychological status and nursing service satisfaction degree.
