摘要
在分析了深井主要热源的基础上,基于可控循环风理论,提出了深井可控循环风水浴丝网净化降温技术。该技术应用喷射水幕、纤维栅栏、喷淋湿式纤维栅和活性碳等净化降温装置,采用迷宫式布置,其中水雾喷淋装置对污风做截面喷淋,纤维栅网使污风在水平上做S型流动,喷淋湿式纤维网进行巷道全断面净化处理,碳式吸附网使污风在竖向上做S型流动,最终使通过循环巷道的循环风既能净化有毒有害气体和粉尘,又能得到降温。将该技术应用于红透山矿井下循环风系统建设,达到了预期的净化及降温效果,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为解决深井通风困难提供了一种技术上可行、安全上可靠、综合效益好的途径。
Based on analyzing the main heat source of deep well,the deep well controlled circulation wind purify cooling technology with water bath and silk screen based on the theory of controlled circulation wind is proposed. The purify cooling devices of the technology are including the injection water curtain,fibre fence,purifying wet type fiber grating and activated carbon,they are arranged into a labyrinth. The dirty wind’s section is sprayed by the water mist spraying device,and it is made to flow with S-type by the fiber reseau. The spray wet type of fibers are basically belongs to the roadway purification treatment method with whole section,the carbon adsorption type network makes the dirty wind flow with S-type. The poisonous-harmful gas and dust are purified by the circulation wind of the circular roadway,and the cooling purposes can also be achieved. The cooling technology proposed in this paper is applied in the construction of underground wind circulation system in Hongtoushan mine. The application results show that the the desired cooling and purification purposes are achieved,and good economic and social benefits are obtained,the cooling technology proposed in this paper can provide a technically feasible,safe and reliable,comprehensive benefit method to solve the problem of deep well ventilation.
