摘要
以生态文明的视角,从养殖业和种植业两个方面阐明了山东省农业循环经济的发展现状,分析了法规、生态环境、科学技术、宣传教育以及管理体制等阻碍农业循环经济发展的因素,进一步提出加强政策及法律保障、攻坚面源污染防治、注重体制建设、强化技术支撑、加大宣教力度等推动山东省农业循环经济发展的对策与建议。
Clarified the current situation of agricultural recycling economy development in Shandong Province from the aspects of aquaculture and farming in the perspective of ecological civilization, analyzed the barriers to the development of agricultural recycling economy （regulations, environment, science and technology, education management structure and so on）. Further proposed measures such as stabilizing the policy and legal guarantee, tackling non-point source pollution control, focusing on institution-building, strengthening technical support, and increasing education efforts to promote agricultural development in Shandong Province.
