摘要
结合氧氮分析仪测量分析的原理,建立不确定度分析的数学模型,从几方面影响因素进行分析研究,对氧氮分析仪测定钢中氧、氮含量的不确定度进行合理评定并提出合理的质量控制方案。
[ By combining with the measuring and analysis principle of oxygen and nitrogen analyzer, mathematic model of the uncertainty analysis was determined. Several influence factors were studied. Evaluation of uncertainty for determination of oxygen and nitrogen content in steel was reasonable evaluation. Reasonable quality control programs are proposed.
