摘要
通过连续挤出滚筒压印的方法制备了不同扩散粒子占比的PMMA微结构扩散板,研究了扩散板对LED面板灯光学性能的影响。研究结果表明:扩散板会降低灯具的光通量从而降低灯具效率,透过率越高效率损失越小;微结构扩散板能减小面光源的发光角,将过于发散的光聚拢,提高中心范围内的发光强度。
Through the method of continuous extrusion and nanoimprint lithography drum, the PMMA micro structure diffusion plate was made up with different diffusion particles accounted. The effect of diffusion plate on the optical properties of the LED panel lamp was studied. The research results showed that the diffusion plate could reduce the flux lamp so as to reduce the luminaire efficiency, the light transmission rate higher,the efficiency lower. The micro structure of light diffusion plate could reduce the facet light angle,divergent light could be gathered and the luminous intensity in central zone could be improved.
