摘要
通过研究日本进入发达状态前后(1973-2005)工业增加值率的演化规律,发现该阶段日本经济的发展规律,并予以借鉴。认为,第一,提高劳动生产率、延缓社会平均利润率的下降趋势、提高新兴产业发展的溢出效应可以提高经济发展质量;第二,促进新兴产业的发展有助于延缓社会平均利润率的下降趋势;第三,加快新兴产业固定资产折旧速度,可提高其溢出效应;第四,提高金融发展效率可显著促进新兴产业发展质量;第五,金融业增加值率与传统产业发展质量呈负相关关系。据此提出可借鉴的经验包括,第一,着力提高社会劳动生产率;第二,积极推动"创新驱动发展战略",大力促进新兴产业发展;第三,有必要对新兴产业实施各种扶持政策;第四,将促进科技金融的发展放在突出位置;第五,不断完善政府与市场的关系。
This paper studies the evolution and determinants of industrial added value rate of Japanese per capita GDP a- round ten thousand dollars （ 1973 - 2005） with the aim to discover the law of development of the stage of the Japanese e- conomy and serve as reference to China. The study found： first, to increase labor productivity, slowing down the declining trend of the average profit margin and improving the spillover effect of emerging industries can improve the quality of eco- nomic development; second, promoting the development of emerging industries will help slow down the declining trend of the average profit margin ; third, the spillover effect of emerging industry can be increased by accelerating the speed of de- preciation of fixed assets; fourth, improving the service levels of finance and insurance can significantly promote the devel- opment quality of emerging industries; fifth, value added rate of finance and insurance and of traditional industries have negative correlation. We can learn from the Japanese experience to promote the development of Chinese economy： first, fo- cus on improving the productivity of social labor; second, actively promote ＂innovation - driven development strategy＂, and vigorously promote the development of emerging industries ; third, special depreciation system, preferential tax policies and special financial support can help promote the development of new industries; fourth, give priority to the development of science ＆ technology; fifth, constantly improve the relationship between government and the market.
