常见果蔬VC含量测定方法筛选研究 被引量:24

摘要 在生物化学实验本科教学实践中,分别应用2,6-二氯酚靛酚滴定法、磷钼酸法和紫外分光度计法测定果蔬中的VC含量,从试剂配制、实验操作过程以及实验结果几个方面对这3种方法进行了比较。结果表明,紫外分光光度法测定果蔬VC含量最为简便、精确,可作为《生物化学实验》教学中"常见果蔬VC含量测定"实验的操作方法。 In the undergraduate teaching of "Biochemistry Experiment" , students tried to determine the con- tent of VC in different kinds of fruits and vegetables using threemethods (themethod by 2,6-dichloro-indo- phenol titration, themethod by phosphomolybdie acid and themethod by UV spectrophotometer).We com- pared threemethods roundly from the reagent preparation, experimental operation process and the experimen- tal results.We ensured that themethod by UV speetrophotometer was themost simple and the students could get themost accurate results using it,so we choose it as the operationmethod in the teaching of "the deter- mination of the content of VC in common fruits and vegetables " in "Biochemistry Experiment "
