摘要
文章对酱油涨袋、涨瓶中产气菌的检测方法,通过不同培养基和判定方法,可预测产品是否会出现货架期涨袋、涨瓶现象,经生产企业实践证明,杜绝了酱油产气的质量问题,具有一定的实用价值。
Through different media and determination methods,whether the product appears the phenomenon of bag bulging,bottle bulging or not can be predicted.It is proved by production enterprises'practice that the quality problems of soy sauce aerogen can be eliminated,which has certain practical value.
