摘要
为提高电动汽车运行的安全性和揭示设计参数对性能的影响,设计并开发了一套远程监控平台。该平台基于GPS数据,采用投影法和曲线拟合算法对车辆进行实时定位;以电动汽车动力电池组的故障诊断为例,提出了基于阈值原则,采用QTouch开发平台软件和Matlab软件进行电池状态和故障监控的方法;选择典型的城市行驶工况,对所开发的平台进行了实车测试。结果表明,该平台能实现电动汽车远程数据的准确采集与监控,对车辆各总成进行实时故障诊断并作出报警提示,也可对电动汽车进行性能分析与评价,满足电动汽车远程监控与管理的需求。
Aiming at improving the operation security of electric vehicle (EV) and revealing the influence of design parameters on vehicle performance, a remote monitoring platform is designed and developed. Based on GPS data, the platform fulfills the real-time positioning for vehicle by means of projection and curve fitting. With the fault diagnosis of power battery for EV as example, a method for battery state and fault monitoring is put forward based on the principle of threshold and using QTouch development platform and Matlab software. A real vehicle testing on the platform developed is conducted with typicaI urban driving cycle. The results indicate that the platform can realize the accurate collection and monitoring for the remote data of EV, perform real time fault diagnosis for va- rious assemblies of vehicle and give warning, and can also conduct the performance analysis and evaluation of EV, meeting the requirements of the remote monitoring and management of EV.
