摘要
为解决轿车暖车启动时间过长问题,文章从ECU信号接收和发出、燃油供给压力、喷油量大小、点火和喷油的执行、点火能量大小及可燃混合气氧浓度6个方面的影响因素逐一进行试验分析,结果表明:因VVT执行器异常改变了熄火瞬间的气门重叠角度,致使废气从排气系统窜入进气系统,从而使可燃混合气的氧浓度降低,此时混合气无法正常点燃,导致汽车启动时间过长。该研究成果可为其它搭载VVT发动机汽车分析暖车启动时间过长提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of long time warm-up starting car, this paper introduces the test analysis on ECU signal pickup and signal transmission, the pressure of fuel supply system, the quantity of fuel injected, ignition and injection implementation, ignition energy and oxide concentration. The results show that the abnormal operation of VVT actuator affects the valve overlap, resulting in the exhaust gas entering into the intake system, reducing the oxide concentration, therefore the mixture can't ignite normally, warming up to start the car for a long time. This achievement will provide the reference for the issue of long time warm-up to start vehicle.
