摘要 随着社会对人才的要求越来越高,培养既能适应社会经济发展需要又具有较强实践能力与创新精神的应用型本科人才,已成为地方院校可持续发展的必经之路.实验课程体系作为人才培养的核心内容,关系到人才培养目标的实现和人才培养质量的提升.本文以应用型人才培养目标为出发点,探讨了"1+3+3+1"实验课程体系模式的具体构建,并从实验室建设、实验教学师资队伍等五个方面阐述了实验课程体系的质量保障措施建设,为地方院校进一步创新应用型人才培养模式提供一定的借鉴. As the requirements of the competent personnel are getting more and more strict and rigid in this society, it has become more necessary for local colleges' sustainable development to cultivate application-orient- ed graduate talents who can adapt to meet the economic development needs and have a strong practical ability as well as innovative spirit. Being the main content of talents cultivating, experiment curriculum system can help to reach the target of talent training and improve the quality of competent personnel. Based on the training of ap- plied-oriented talents, this article studies the concrete structure of experimental curriculum system "1 +3+3+ 1" mode, Furthermore, the measures to assure the quality of experimental curriculum system are discussed from five perspectives, such as the laboratory construction, the teaching team establishment etc., which is expected to pro- vide certain reference of innovating applied talents training mode for the local colleges.
