摘要
高校辅导员团队的文化建设是辅导员专业化与职业化建设的重要方面,有利于提高辅导员团队的战斗力与凝聚力。通过对高校辅导员团队文化建设与合作交流机制的现状以及存在的问题进行分析,提出了一些解决意见,希望能够有效推进辅导员团队文化建设,使其能够在高校建设中发挥应有的作用,更好地为大学生服务,实现育人的目的。
As guide and server for college students,counselors bear the liability to manage the students the college students＇daily life and study,education,which is quite important for the cultivation of college students＇good psychological quality and their growth.Cultural development for college counselors will help them to be more professional and strengthen the combat effectiveness and cohesion of counselor team.Based on the status of college counselors＇culture exchanges and cooperation mechanisms and problems,the paper carries out some analysis and discussion,and proposed some solutions,so as to help counselors to play full role of their duty and better serve the college students.
