摘要
目的:探讨三级质量管理在PICC健康教育路径中的应用效果。方法:2013年为试验组制定PICC健康教育路径,在三级质量管理下进行实施,将结果与2012年为对照组患者健康教育知识掌握程度、患者满意度进行比较。结果:试验组健康教育知识达标情况、患者满意度与对照组比较有明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:三级管理体系支持下的PICC健康教育路径制定与实施提高了PICC置管患者健康教育知识掌握程度和满意度,体现了健康教育工作的科学性、规范性及有效性。
Objective :To investigate the three - level quality management in the application of PICC health education implementation effect. Methods : PICC health education path was developed in 2013, be implemented in three quality management, the results of patients with mastery of health education, patient satisfaction, department nursing theory test results, skills assessment scores were compared with that of 2012. Results:Patients with mastery of health education, patient satisfaction in 2013 were statistically better than that of 2012 (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions:PICC health education path management system development and implementation support to improve the mastery of PICC health education and patient satisfaction,promote and improve the PICC skill and theory levels of nurses reflects the scientific, normative and effectiveness of health education.
